  • Biang Biang Noodle Bar Closes Last Outlet. This one Mistake caused their closure.
    Biang Biang Noodle Bar, known for its hand-pulled noodles, is closing its last outlet in REXKL on 31 March. The shop cited challenges like lack of experience, poor partnerships, and operational issues as reasons for the closure. Despite gaining a loyal following since its 2023 launch, the SS2 outlet shut down earlier, and now REXKL follows suit. Fans have flooded social media with messages of sadness, bidding farewell to the beloved noodle spot.

  • Tobacco Display Ban Starts 1 April in Key Malaysian States
    Starting 1 April, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Perak, and Selangor will enforce a ban on displaying tobacco and vape products at retail points. As part of the Control of Smoking Products for Public Health Act 2024, the rule aims to curb smoking. Violators face fines of up to RM30,000 for individuals and RM300,000 for organizations. Specialty stores are exempt but must hide products from public view. Non-smoking zones, like hospitals and entertainment centers, must also display no-smoking signs. Click here
